Mirabel Golf Club in Scottsdale announces the hiring of three new team members.
The new group will take over key positions in the Member Services and Food and Beverage departments: Michele Massambani, membership services director; Kyle Swesey, sous chef; and Chuck Diderich, assistant food and beverage manager.
Ms. Massambani brings more than 10 years of experience in hospitality, and comes to Mirabel from the Wilshire Country Club where she worked in membership services and communication.
Mr. Swesey joins the team as the new Sous Chef. Prior to coming to Mirabel he was the banquet chef at the Desert Mountain Golf Club and has more than eight years of experience in the golf and hospitality industry.
Mr. Diderich has worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years, joining Mirabel after working as manager of the Blue Burrito Grill and Black Angus.
“We are excited to welcome Michele, Kyle and Chuck to the Mirabel team,” said Randy St. John, CCM, Mirabel general manager.
“Our staff is such an important part of the community atmosphere and these three will do a fantastic job adding to the professional and caring service we are committed to providing our members.”
Member satisfaction is a priority at Mirabel and is dependent on great staff. According to a press release, the club’s satisfaction rate consistently measures at two times the national average.
The added staff will help to continue an excellent satisfaction rating and accommodate the club’s growth, as it is currently only a few memberships away from reaching maximum capacity.
Membership benefits include access to the award-winning golf course, comprehensive tennis and fitness programs and a resort-sized swimming pool with private cabanas. Members are also granted exclusive access to the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired Desert Lodge clubhouse.
Consisting of approximately 38,000 square feet, the clubhouse boasts fine and casual dining, a full-service medispa and a robust social calendar filled with special events, fitness clinics, cooking lessons and more.
The private, gated community which surrounds the golf club consists of 348 homesites offering both luxury homes and custom lots, but property ownership is not required for membership.
