Designated Broker D. Deems Dickinson of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty says the new SkySlope software is a $50,000 investment per year for the company and will be used in all 11 statewide offices.

The software creates a digital footprint for all transactions and allows brokers, agents and clients to track, sign and record all transactions and communications electronically.

“We have been digital and paperless for many years now, but as we move into a more complex digital age we feel this software just takes everything up a notch and better enhances the white glove experience we aim to give every client at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty,” said Dickinson.

Among the popular features of the software is SkySlope’s native digital signature which allows clients to sign all documents electronically. The software also records all back-and-forth communication, including email and text messages. With SkySlope, brokers and agents have access to a full suite of features, which allows them to easily manage all listings and transactions electronically from start to close.
