A new Scottsdale residential opportunity will be rising from where the Borgata shopping venue once stood, with pre-sales expected to begin in early 2015.
Antera Development has announced plans for The Enclave at Borgata, a condominium residences planned for the 4.77 acre site, which is near the southwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Lincoln Drive.
The planned 90 luxury condominiums will feature a soft contemporary design, resort-like amenities, as well as breathtaking views, all within walking distance to many convenient amenities, according to a press release.
Long held to be the epicenter of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, Lincoln and Scottsdale roads converge uniting some of the finest restaurants, resorts, golf courses and exclusive real estate in the greater Phoenix area, the release states.
“Few locations offer so much in one spot,” said Mike Jesberger, president of Antera Development, in a prepared statement.
“The Enclave at Borgata will feature a casual resort lifestyle with impressive architecture and floor plans, appealing to those who love the neighborhood. We expect some buyers will downsize from larger homes with maintenance and landscape burdens, and others may be ready to increase the luxury and lifestyle elements in their lives.”
Floor plans at The Enclave at Borgata will range between 1,500- to 4,100-square-feet and feature one-, two- and three-bedrooms, with special attention paid to both indoor and outdoor living spaces, while also taking advantage of the dramatic backdrop of Camelback Mountain.
This luxury community will feature a gated entry, concierge services, generous fitness center, demonstration kitchen, club room, resort style pool, pet park and numerous lounging spaces to socialize and stay connected with neighbors, as well as below-ground parking and storage, the release sates
The Enclave at Borgata Debut, which is what the preview center will be called, is expected to open in early 2015 and will be midway between Paul Martin’s American Grill and Blanco Taco’s and Tequila, at 6176 N. Scottsdale Road.
