The Sterling Collection at Silverleaf in Scottsdale broke ground in November during a ceremony to celebrate the start of construction at the $350 million development by Cypress Development Group.

Situated within the 2,000-acre Silverleaf neighborhood, The Sterling Collection is an intimate enclave with five, four-story buildings.

Priced from the low $1 million, the 170 condominiums feature two- and three-bedroom floor plans, with options for an added den, and range in size from 1,900 to 5,000 square-feet, according to a press release.

This is the first and only condominium community in the Silverleaf neighborhood.

The Sterling Collection will be the first community on the West Coast to debut a robotic valet, which is a secure, state-of-the-art, fully robotic parking garage valet system.

The innovative system uses omni-directional, battery-powered robots and a robotics guidance system to carry vehicles parked on self-supporting steel trays to and from storage spaces. At the touch of a button, homeowners can call-up their vehicle to arrive in minutes. The system uses robots and lifts to store and retrieve vehicles without the damage and privacy issues that come with valet drivers.

The community is aspiring to silver-level LEED standards, implementing a variety of sustainable building techniques and features including electric vehicle charging stations in the parking garage, energy efficient LED lighting, state-of-the-art VRV HVAC system, spray polyurethane foam insulation, dual pane low-e windows and low VOC paint throughout.

Homeowners will have access to luxurious and thoughtful resort-style amenities such as fully-furnished hospitality suites for guests; a resident lounge with demonstration kitchen, private dining, library, fireplace, dedicated wine storage, wine tasting rooms and conference room; a proposed rooftop pool deck with indoor-outdoor lounge, spa and private cabanas to take in the majestic views and a 24-hour manned guard gate, the release stated.

Owners are also extended an invitation to one of the Southwest’s most elite, members-only country clubs, The Silverleaf Club. A 50,000-square-foot rural Mediterranean-style clubhouse and spa, The Silverleaf Club offers year-round events for club members and their guests.

An Effortless Ownership program will offer a wide array of resort-like services including a dedicated on-site personal concierge, chauffeured car service, an on-site resident manager, bicycle storage, pre-arrival services including grocery shopping, home cleaning and preparation for your arrival and pet-friendly amenities and services.
