Adam Martinez named chairman of Rose Law Group department

Rose Law Group pc is proud to announce the expansion of its Real Estate Litigation Department with the naming of Adam Martinez as Chairman.

Mr. Martinez, an experienced litigator and appellate attorney, is well known in the Arizona real estate community and represents individuals and businesses involved in both commercial and residential real estate disputes and lawsuits, including matters related to contract disputes, title disputes, boundary and easement issues, fraud, quiet title and partition suits, financing and foreclosure matters, landlord/tenant disputes, home owner and condominium association disputes, agent/broker defense, and issues involving the Arizona Department of Real Estate.

Mr. Martinez also represented the Arizona Association of REALTORS ®  as a Legal Hotline Attorney providing legal advice regarding real estate law, disputes and risk management.

An approved mediator and arbitrator for the AAR Dispute Resolution System, Mr. Martinez regularly speaks and writes on real estate legal issues and has been published in the Arizona Real Estate Law Journal, the Arizona Attorney Magazine and the AAR REALTOR® Digest.

A certified real estate course director, Mr. Martinez also teaches classes in agency, contracts, and disclosure to real estate professionals.

Mr. Martinez received his Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State University. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University, the release stated.
