Alter Group leases headquarter space at Riverwalk for 3 firms

The Alter Group has announced three new headquarters leases at Riverwalk Arizona, a 187-acre mixed-use business park in Scottsdale.

Progress Residential will lease 34,558 square feet of space, IDT911 signed for 18,763, and Payroll Experts will occupy 7,824 square feet.

Michael J. Alter, president of the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm, announced the transactions.

Progress Residential is one of the largest providers of high quality single-family rental homes in the United States, with homes in the country’s fastest growing markets. Outside of Scottsdale, they also have regional offices in Tampa, Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta.

Matthew Coxhead, managing director, Savills Studley, represented Progress Residential.  Kurt W. Rosene, principal, Novo Development, represented The Alter Group.

IDT911 signed a long-time lease extension and is expanding its operations at 7580 N. Dobson Road. The company is the leading provider of services that help businesses and their customers defend against data breaches and identity theft.

With 1,000 active clients and growing, Payroll Experts provides outsourced payroll solutions and cloud-based Human Resource Management solutions, including applicant tracking, paperless employee on-boarding, benefit administration, performance review management, time and attendance, 401(k), employee benefits and Human Resource consulting, serving businesses with up to 5,000 employees nationwide.

One of the country’s largest developments on Native American land to date, Riverwalk Arizona will yield an estimated 1,500,000 square feet of corporate office and retail space, and create up to 15,000 new jobs.

Riverwalk Arizona is set on prime land owned by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Community, home to the Pima and Maricopa Indians, descendants of the ancient Hohokam Indians.
