Associa Arizona names Monique Bursey as Scottsdale VP

Associa Arizona has named Monique Bursey as the vice president of its Scottsdale office. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Scottsdale office and will be working closely with Associa Arizona President Kirk Bliss.

“It’s an honor to promote Monique to vice president because she has established herself as a proven leader with great insight about customer service, loyalty and family spirit,” says Mr. Bliss.

“She’s a big believer in team building as is evident by her tireless efforts to implement a budgeting process and client retention policy that are now in use company-wide.”

Ms. Bursey has been with Associa Arizona for 10 years, most recently as a senior community association manager. She assists with the training and mentoring team as well as serving on the firm’s executive leadership team.

Ms. Bursey has more than 15 years of experience in property management and HOAs, including experience with apartments, commercial, condominiums, portfolio and master-planned communities.
