AZ Luxury Home Watch now accredited NHWA member

AZ Luxury Home Watch, of Scottsdale, has attained Accredited Member status in the National Home Watch Association.

The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada, according to a press release.

Owner Andy Andrews has been managing large-scale luxury communities for over 15 years. He started AZ Luxury Home Watch after receiving numerous requests from residents about managing their private property while they were away, stated the release.

Mr. Andrews received a BA in management from the College of St. Scholastica and a Certification of Housing Inspection from Hennepin Community College. He was also licensed as a Residential Building Official for the State of Minnesota from 2005 to 2010, the release stated.

Mr. Andrews maintains his Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety and his professional certifications through the Community Associations Institute, which include Professional Community Association Manager and Association Manager Specialist.

AZ Luxury Home Watch serves Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, and Paradise Valley., according to the release.
