Caliber – The Wealth Development Company has announced that The AZ Real Estate Team led by Michael Williamson, has joined Caliber’s residential brokerage division, Caliber Realty Group.

The AZ Real Estate Team is locally known as one of the Northeast Valley’s Top Producing residential sales team and the  No. 1 sales team for 2014 and 2015 in zip code 85260, according to a press release.

Last year, the team closed over $25 million in transactions. The collaboration between both parties will drive expansion of Caliber’s residential brokerage while leveraging Caliber’s full service real estate capabilities including construction, property management and wealth management investment opportunities.

With this integration, both parties are creating the next generation in real estate ownership and investment, the release stated. In addition to Mr. Williamson, AZ Real Estate Team REALTORS Kristine Kittleson, Beth Spivey and Gabriel Williamson are now associated with Caliber Realty Group.

“The unprecedented opportunity to integrate our clients with Caliber, a next generation real estate company, and to elevate on areas where we are already extremely adept at – market knowledge, industry experience and client satisfaction — made the decision an easy one,” said Mr. Williamson of the AZ Real Estate Team, in the release.

“The shift in real estate to a vertically integrated platform — where all services are needed for successful ownership — is undeniable. The Caliber transition will allow my team to use our decades of experience selling all levels of homes and real estate transactions while having all services under one brand. It is the model for the future available in the present.”

With over 30 years of combined experience serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers, The AZ Real Estate Team has successfully closed more than 2,500 transactions across the Valley since 2004 including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Buckeye and Chandler.

For the past 10 years, Mr. Williamson and his team, all full-time, Arizona-licensed realtors, have specialized in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area and have been recognized as a top-5 performing team with Keller Williams Arizona Realty.

“The addition of Michael, Kristine, Beth and Gabriel is a tremendous asset and will help us continue building our brand recognition within the Valley of the Sun,” COO and co-founder of Caliber, Jennifer Schrader, said in the release.

“Their relationship vs. transactional approach to real estate and customer satisfaction is in complete synergy with Caliber’s business philosophy and core principles. We are excited to welcome these well-respected individuals who will make an immediate resounding impact with our investors and brokerage. The fact that Michael has invested in one of our new apartment offerings demonstrates, by example, he believes in our integrated platform.”

Caliber Realty Group continues to seek out the “Best of the Best” real estate professionals who recognize the opportunity of delivering high quality and principled service to their clients.

Caliber’s flourishing success has resulted in local and national recognition including “Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies, Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Ethics, Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce Sterling Award, and the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Economic Driver IMPACT Award.
