With high demand in Scottsdale for ready-to-go office space, Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible work-spaces, has announced the opening of a new business center in Scottsdale’s Raintree Corporate Center located at 15333 N. Pima Road.

“We are excited to be a part of Scottsdale’s dynamic community,” stated Jim Doorn, Regus’ regional vice president, in a press release. “Regus’ affordable, flexible and comprehensive business solutions help businesses achieve their goals. This new center in North Scottsdale complements our existing presence in the area by providing another convenient place where local residents can drop in and avoid a long commute to work.”

Scottsdale is home to a significant corporate presence – most notably in the bio/life sciences, real estate and financial services sectors, the release stated. More than 20 percent of Arizona corporate headquarters are located in Scottsdale.

Regus has more than 20 centers between Scottsdale and Phoenix, according to the release.

The new center offers a variety of flexible work-space solutions for people to choose from based on their specific business needs. The center provides great views of the McDowell and Camelback Mountains and is easily accessible from Loop 101. Nearby amenities include upscale resorts, golf courses, restaurants and shopping, stated the release.

Regus offers workspaces for businesses of any size – both large and small. Fully furnished offices, meeting rooms, business lounges and community spaces are available for any amount of time.  Companies turn to Regus for affordability, ease of use and as an immediate entry point to business capitals around the world.

A receptionist, administrative team and tech support are standard services in each center. Regus’ Businessworld memberships provide access to the company’s 1,200 signature drop-in business lounges, offering complimentary WiFi along with coffee and tea, according to the release.
