Hula’s Modern Tiki donates 10% of Monday proceeds to food banks

The Association of Arizona Food Banks is once again proud to partner with Hula’s Modern Tiki during the entire month of January as part of its Mahalo Monday’s charitable giving program.

AZ Association of Food BanksEach Monday in January, all day long, at both their Phoenix and Scottsdale locations, Hula’s Modern Tiki will donate 10 percent of its gross proceeds to AAFB.

Those Mondays are Jan. 5, 12, 19 and 26.

“What a wonderful community partner Hula’s Modern Tiki is in the fight against hunger,” said Angie Rodgers, president and CEO of the Association of Arizona Food Banks.

“Their support, and those of their patrons each Monday in January, is a wonderful way for the community to help alleviate hunger and poverty in Arizona.”

Hula’s Modern Tiki is a modern, urban twist on the classic tiki bars and restaurants of the ‘50s and ‘60s, featuring a menu with a fusion of island and American flavors.

In Scottsdale, Hula’s Modern Tiki is located at 7213 E. First Avenue in the heart of Old Town.
