Envoy America, an innovative ride service for seniors, comes to Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley and North Phoenix.

With Envoy America, seniors have a new option for reliable, affordable, and safe, door-to door transportation. Envoy America is a subscription based ride service for seniors that combines old fashioned customer service and responsible, friendly, and mature drivers. Trained drivers provide door-to-door rides and companionship for seniors.

“Envoy America is the perfect solution for those seniors that have reached the point where they don’t want to drive, really shouldn’t drive, or simply can no longer drive safely,” stated co-founder K.C. Kanaan in a press release.

Nationally, the average senior experiences seven-10 non-driving years, according to the release. Over 30 percent of seniors ages 65 and older rely on others for at least some transportation. Twenty-two percent of non-driving seniors are dissatisfied with private transport options due to service quality and safety concerns.

Envoy America subscriptions include a guaranteed number of pre-paid hours each month to meet every day travel needs such as errands, medical appointments, and social outings, according to the release. A call to Envoy America is all it takes to reserve a driver for a one-time trip or a regularly scheduled appointment.

No cash or tipping is ever required.

Envoy America drivers are carefully chosen, background checked, drug tested, and trained to provide the highest levels of customer service, according to the release.
