James J. Farley II joins law firm of Tiffany & Bosco

The law firm of Tiffany & Bosco P.A. has announced that James J. Farley II has joined the firm as an attorney in the Real Estate and Banking Litigation department.

Mr. Farley focuses on advocating for clients at the trial court level in state and federal courts as well as in front of regulatory commissions.

Born and raised in Arizona, he concentrates his practice on general commercial litigation matters, construction defect disputes, real estate disputes, insurance disputes, and various other civil claims.

“James will be a true asset to our real estate and banking practice,” stated Mark S. Bosco, director, Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. “He brings industry experience which will complement our existing offering of litigation services.”

An Arizona native, Mr. Farley obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 2004 where he majored in Management Information Systems. Prior to law school, he worked as a consultant in the information technology field.

He graduated in 2008 with a Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School (Chicago) where he focused his education on trial advocacy.
