Start each week in May with yoga instructor, Jenni Pirmann, of Nicole Anne Yoga, 6-7 a.m., Mondays at JoJo Coffee House in Scottsdale.

According to a press release, “Monday Morning Rise & Shine Yoga” will be held during what was described as a relaxing and challenging, hour-long Vinyasa Flow yoga class that synchronizes movement with breath while offering physical and mental benefits.

The release detailed the physical benefits as sweat releases toxins and re-energizes bodies; and mental benefits of the synchronized breathing that “relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies.”

All fitness levels and levels of yoga experience are welcome, the release said, adding that the class held at JoJo Coffeehouse, 3712 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 110, is great for beginners.

Advanced registration is suggested as space is limited. The cost is $10 per person. A complimentary drip coffee is also included. Attendees are asked to bring their own yoga mat, blanket, boosters if needed, and a water bottle.

Nicole Anne Yoga is a new, mobile yoga company offering different types of yoga classes throughout the Valley, the release added.
