Kent Circle Investments relocates to Scottsdale Airpark

Kent Circle Investments, LLC announces their relocation to Evans Airpark Center, in Scottsdale Airpark.

Their new office is 7,800 square feet and overlooks the southwest edge of Scottsdale Airport’s runway. Kent Circle Investments | Seldin Real Estate, Inc. moved from 8160 N. Hayden Road, after 22-years, according to a press release.

Kent Circle Investments | Seldin Real Estate, Inc. purchased Evans Airpark Center – a 34,000 square foot office and industrial complex, at 7345 E. Evans Road in December 2013. The property is situated on 2.395 acres east of Scottsdale Road and south of Scottsdale Quarter.

Seldin Real Estate Inc. is responsible for all day-to day management of assets held by Kent Circle Investments. They operate a diverse real estate portfolio including 785,000 GLA of office, industrial and retail; 7,000 acres of land; properties across Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Nebraska and Virginia, the release stated.
