Modern Milk, a unique mom and baby center in Scottsdale, is hosting a complimentary SpeedBarre class for new and expecting moms at Scottsdale Quarter, a shopping, dining, and entertainment development in north Scottsdale, at 9:30 a.m. on April 23.

Modern Milk is a mommy and baby haven complete with prenatal and postnatal educational center, fitness facility, breastfeeding clinic, and a boutique retail space, according to a press release.

Modern Milk is dedicated to providing new moms a one-stop resource center to take on motherhood one step at a time.

Modern Milk’s community fitness class will provide moms with a butt-kicking Barre class that combines Barre and high intensity interval training. The baby-wearing and high energy class is a full body cardio workout and is designed to tone arms, lift seats, and structure lean abs. Moms and non-moms are welcome to come solo or BYOB (bring your own baby) along in a wrap or structured carrier during the prenatal and postnatal appropriate class.

The Scottsdale Quarter at The Quad is located 15037 N. Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale.
