Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia has announced the appointments of Chloe Dake as public relations and communications manager, Eddie Zrimsek as spa and retail manager, and the promotion of Cathy Dupree to digital marketing manager.

As public relations and communications manager, Ms. Dake will be managing all aspects of the luxury resort’s communications, including social media, review and partner sites, media requests and visits, agency facilitation, and content creation.

Ms. Dake brings several years of broadcast expertise to her new position, having worked on many notable sporting events throughout her career, including the Pro Bowl, the College Football National Championship in Phoenix and the U.S. Open in New York. A proud Arizona native, Ms. Dake attended high school in Scottsdale before enrolling in the University of Missouri, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and yoga.

Rejoining the resort, Mr. Zrimsek brings a passion for guest service, retail, and spa to his new role overseeing the property’s spa and retail operations as spa and retail manager. Mr. Zrimsek originally joined the resort in early 2009 as spa journey coordinator, followed by being promoted to spa and salon supervisor, and then assistant spa director.

In 2014, Mr. Zrimsek returned to his hometown of Milwaukee to work as a senior team leader with Target Corporation. While not at work, Mr. Zrimsek likes to exercise, watch live music, and explore Scottsdale’s vast culinary scene, the release stated.

Transitioning to the marketing department, Ms. Dupree will be managing the resort’s online efforts, including e-mail marketing, website updates and optimization, and digital and creative coordination in her new position as digital marketing manager. Ms. Dupree began her career with the resort in September 2013 as a reservation agent and was later promoted to experience planner and business travel coordinator.

Prior to joining the resort, Ms. Dupree was an owner, partner, and lead web and graphic designer at a digital marketing firm focusing on web design, e-mail, and social media marketing campaigns. Ms. Dupree enjoys hiking with her dog and volunteering for various organizations, including Sedona P.E.O. organization and Sedona Miracle Foundation.
