Roaring Fork returns all-night happy hour through Labor Day

The much anticipated “All-Night, Every Night, All Summer Happy Hour” at Roaring Fork returns to Scottsdale on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, and will run until Labor Day, September 7.

Guests are invited to enjoy five dollar signature beverages including the huckleberry margarita, Citrus, Guava and Traditional Mojitos, the “Adult Arnold Palmer” martini and Manhattan, in addition to five dollar wines by the glass.

To boot, soups, salads & appetizers will be offered at significantly reduced rates including:

  • Tortilla soup with rich tortilla broth with rotisserie chicken, avocado and tortilla strips
  • Mixed market greens with candied walnuts and Feta cheese
  • The kettle of green chili pork stew with hot, buttered flour tortillas
  • Pork wings with Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce, hominy, pickled vegetables and Cotija cheese
  • The rotisserie chicken flatbread with basil pesto, roasted chiles, pepper jack cheese and tomatoes
  • Grilled fish tacos served on corn tortillas with guacamole, corn pico, remoulade and salsa verde
  • The Roaring Fork Big Ass Burger with smoked pepper bacon, cheddar, Poblano pepper, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and French fries
  • Beef sliders with horseradish cream, and onion jus

In addition, on Memorial Day, Monday May 25 only, Roaring Fork will be offering “Dinner on Us” – buy one entrée get the second one free from 4 p.m.-close including the signature cedar planked salmon, braised beef short ribs, buttermilk fried chicken and more.
