Roaring Fork, Salty Sow offer BOGO special for Labor Day

This Labor Day, valley residents and visitors are invited to Roaring Fork and Salty Sow restaurants for their annual “Dinner on Us” promotion, Monday, Sept. 7.

Guests can enjoy a buy one, get one free offer all evening long beginning at 4 p.m. Executive Chef Harold Marmulstein of Salty Sow will be serving signature, farm-fresh entrees including:

  • Asiago Crusted Halibut: slow cooked over soft, Asiago Polenta, with Sweet Basil and Parmesan
  • Sesame Duck Lettuce Tacos: with Shitakes, Carrots and Bean Sprouts
  • Rare Roast Beef French Dip: with Au Jus, Gruyere, and Horseradish Sauce
  • Pork Ragout: served with Pinto beans, Avocado Red Onion Salad, Warm Buttered Tortillas

Executive Chef Santiago Estrada of Roaring Fork will be serving signature “wood fired” favorites including:

  • Sugar Cured Duck Breast: with Onion Jam, Sour Cherry Mustard, and Little Cabbages
  • The Roaring Fork “Big Ass Burger”: served with Poblano Pepper, Cheddar, Smoked Pepper Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Pickles and French Fries
  • Grilled Fish Tacos: served on Corn Tortillas with fresh Guacamole, Corn Pico, Remoulade, and Salsa Verde
  • Cedar Planked Salmon: Wood Oven Roasted with Teriyaki BBQ, and Chilled Green Bean Salad
