The Northern Arizona Association of Realtors named Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty’s Flagstaff agent, Chad Dragos, its “Rookie of the Year.”

Mr. Dragos, a former Fire Chief Officer and Paramedic, began work in real estate after his retirement from public service, according to a press release.

Right from the start, Mr. Dragos made a commitment to specialize in the luxury market. His hard work was rewarded in June as he was the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Listing Agent for a property valued at $5 million.

“I’m very proud to have been chosen for this award by the great people at the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors,” said Mr. Dragos in the release.

“Going into a new job, I did my research on which real estate agency would be the right fit for me. I immediately jumped at an opportunity to work on behalf of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, which is the highest grossing real estate agency in sales in Flagstaff. The entire agency is striving to be the best in the industry and I’ve enjoyed learning from my supervisors and peers.”
