“This home transports you to another time,” stated listing agent MariaElena Rizzo of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, in the release. “It is the perfect way to experience Bill Tull’s beautiful interpretation of American Pueblo Indian style dwellings.”

The second, located in north Scottsdale’s Boulders Resort and listed at $1,200,000 features many of Mr. Tull’s hallmark designs, including ceilings accented with vegas, four sculptural fireplaces, and mahogany doors and cabinets, according to the release.

Homeowners will enjoy a chef’s kitchen with two-sided fireplace connected to the family room. All new landscaping and bistro lights complete this luxury home, according to the release.

“The highlight of this house is the secret room,” stated listing agent Jan Lee Collins of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, in the release. “There’s a special guest suite with doors leading to the patio and pool.”

The third home is located in the exclusive Adobes de la Tierra enclave in The Boulders Community and listed at $1,995,000.

Set upon a sculpted granite outcropping at the end of the Adobes’ loop, the house enjoys unique privacy, along with breathtaking views of the “Boulders”, Black Mountain, and the beautiful Sonoran Desert.

“From views of the Sonoran desert to saguaro rib shutters on the windows, this house is a dream for Arizonians,” stated listing agent Irma Kuhweide, in the release. “Bill Tull’s style and personality bring this home to life.”

Also located in Adobes De La Tierra, the fourth home, listed at $2,595,000 sits on almost a one acre lot, according to the release. Featuring 11 sculpted masonry gas fireplaces and a Control 4 Smart Home Lighting & audio/visual system, this home combines Old World style with modern luxury.
