National Beer Day is coming up on Thursday, April 7, and to celebrate this annual holiday, Scottsdale’s Two Brothers Tap House & Brewery will unveil a new house-brewed beer and offer guests a complimentary beer-centric appetizer.

Tapping on National Beer Day is the Pollinator, an American honey wheat combining subtle sweetness and pronounced honey character. Brewed with Arizona Desert Blossom Honey from Crockett Honey Co., the Pollinator boasts a clean, crisp finish, according to a press release. Beat the Arizona heat with this easy drinking beer, while enjoying on the restaurant and brewery’s dog-friendly patio, or take home a growler to sip on at the pool.

Samples will be available at no charge on April 7.

Restaurant and brewery guests who mention National Beer Day can choose from two beer forward appetizers, including the Beer Brezen or Beer Battered Cheese Curds – a challenging task, indeed. The Beer Brezen consists of two fluffy, warm pretzels infused with Domaine DuPage, and served alongside the Cane and Ebel stone ground mustard and Wobble IPA beer cheese sauce. The Beer Battered Cheese Curds are tossed in an Ebel’s Weiss batter, lightly fried and served with horseradish aioli.

Two Brothers Tap House & Brewery is located at 4321 N. Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. For more information and the full menu, visit www.twobrothersbrewing.com/scottsdale.
