Scottsdale dentist to give out toothbrushes to combat hygiene

The last summer vacations to avoid Arizona’s heat before school begins are underway, but a Scottsdale dentist wants to make sure that old, nasty travel toothbrush isn’t going to make the trip.

Dental Works Family Dentistry in Scottsdale is giving away free travel toothbrushes to anyone that comes into their office before their vacation.

“We’re jealous of those taking a vacation to beat the summer heat but taking along that same old toothbrush you’ve been using year-after-year when traveling isn’t hygienic, and frankly, if you think about it, it’s kind of nasty,” stated Dr. Terry Work of Dental Work Family Dentistry, in a press release.  “That’s why we’re giving away free travel toothbrushes to anyone that asks, whether they’re our patient or not.”

Dental Works Family Dentistry is at 9070 E. Desert Cove in Scottsdale.

“If you’re trying to escape the heat, we’ll help you escape the germs from your old travel toothbrush by giving you a new one for free,” stated Dr. Mary Ann Work, in the release.  “All they need to do is stop in and ask and we’ll give them one for each member of their family.”
