Kale seeds by Kaleidoscope Juice (special to the Independent)

Kaleidoscope Juice, an organic cold-pressed juice brand, has launched its first nationally-available product line featuring organic, non-GMO, non-hybrid heirloom seeds.

The Grow Your Colors Collection introduces 57 heirloom seed varieties and over 4,500 seeds organized into the colors of the chakras.

Each color collection includes non-GMO seeds that are designed to grow into fresh, nutritional produce that embody key health and wellness benefits, according to a press release. The collection provides a delicious array of fruits, vegetables, legumes and whole grains for a home garden and optimal nutrition including important proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and enzymes.

The do-it-yourself produce concept was founded by the co-creators of Kaleidoscope Juice, Andrea and Alexandra Maw to develop organic herbs, fresh ingredients and rich superfoods for the most raw form of juice cleansing.

The organic gardening component is part of the sustainable food cycle that starts with growing organic fruits and vegetables in composted soil with seeds. The grown produce inspired Kaleidoscope Juice to use the raw, organic fruits and vegetables in its cold-pressed juice line and later donate juice pulp to create soil compost, completing the sustainable food cycle.

“Growing fresh organic produce originally started as a personal hobby of mine and we’re proud to share and encourage organic gardening to consume the most natural and freshest form of fruits and vegetables through Grow Your Colors,” stated Ms. Maw in the release. “We were able to share how to enjoy juicing in a nutritious and delicious form with Kaleidoscope Juice and now we are introducing a chemical-free way to appreciate produce right from your own backyard.”

The new Grow Your ColorsÔ Collection includes nine specialized color categories:
