Scottsdale resident Jeff Steuer has recently competed in the Future Business Leaders of America Phi Beta Lambda awards ceremony, where he earned top honors.
FBLA-PBL welcomed 2,000 of their best and brightest members to compete in 60 different competitive events, according to a press release.
Together, the Phoenix, Arizona DeVry University chapter team collected 13 awards out of a possible 20 and was ranked one of the only schools in Arizona to have each member win at least one or more awards, the release stated.
Mr. Steuer was awarded first place in the nation in Accounting Analysis and Decision Making, as well as second place in the nation in Client Services, two highly anticipated honors and a tribute to years of hard work at DeVry University, the release stated.
Mr. Steuer is also pursuing his Master of Science in accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in Phoenix, according to the release.
