Each school’s principal and teachers will greet McDonald’s customers, serve food and sell cookies.  Families of students and local school supporters are encouraged to visit McDonald’s and tip their teachers to help raise funds.

During the past five years of hosting the McTeacher’s Night Challenge fundraiser, McDonald’s owners Wernau and Kramer have given more than $55,000 to Scottsdale and Paradise Valley schools.

“We are delighted to bring this McTeacher’s Night Challenge to the Scottsdale community and work with our local schools and organizations to raise money for education,” stated Jerry Wernau in the release. “We take great pride as local business owners in giving back to our community.”
