Scottsdale’s Firesky resort names new food, beverage director

Kimpton’s FireSky Resort & Spa in Scottsdale has named William “Mac” McNally the new Food and Beverage Director.

With more than a decade of industry experience, Mr. McNally’s responsibilities include overseeing the overall direction and operation of the resort’s in room dining, banquet services and bar programs.

Cheryl Martin, general manager at FireSky Resort and Spa, had high praise for Mr. McNally.

“Mac is a phenomenal addition to the already outstanding FireSky team,” she stated in a press release. “Mac and Chef Massimo de Francesca make excellent partners and we trust that they will continue to impress guests with new and creative food and beverage options for the guests.”

Prior to joining the Kimpton team, Mr. McNally most recently served as the director of restaurants and bars at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa in Chandler.

His career also included stints at the W Hotel in Hollywood, Bourbon Steak in Scottsdale and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Phoenix. McNally is a graduate of Arizona State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the W.P Carey School of Business, according to the release.
