TapHouse Kitchen, Odell Brewing Company to host beer pairing

Celebrate the return of fall and the end of summer at TapHouse Kitchen for a beer pairing 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26.

After a sold out beer tasting in June, the place known for a great culinary experience, TapHouse Kitchen offers another evening of Sour and 0812Ns Entertainment (TapHouse)Blonde Ales, Blackberry Gose and IPA all paired with a 4-course tasting menu.

At just $25 and capped at 30 people, seating is limited, according to a press release.

Guests of the beer pairing will enjoy four unique pints of the featured brew along with a complimentary tasting dish prepared by TapHouse Kitchen’s own Executive Chef Patrick Karvis.

Tasting menu:

  • Pina Agria Sour Ale – paired with grilled pineapple and rock shrimp ceviche, vanilla and cilantro
  • Meyer Lemon Blonde Ale – paired with pork schnitzel, herb spatzel and grilled meyer lemon
  • Brombeere Blackberry Gose – paried with braised short rib, blackberry demi and whipped goat cheese potatoes
  • IPA – paired with grilled Scottish salmon, lentils, chorizo and roasted red peppers

Featuring American Modern Cuisine, with more than 20 beers on tap and an extensive wine and drink list, TapHouse Kitchen features fresh dishes, using the ingredients from local Arizona sources, according to the release.

TapHouse Kitchen is located on Scottsdale Road in the Hilton Village Shopping Center at 6137 N. Scottsdale Rd. #108.
