Framing is now under way on all three buildings at The Enclave at Borgata, located just south of Scottsdale Road and Lincoln Drive.

Located at the site of the former Borgata Shopping Center, The Enclave is just steps away from a long list of well-regarded restaurants, two grocery stores and many boutique shops, all within easy walking distance.

The project is expected to welcome its first residents this fall.

The luxury condominium community includes three buildings, four stories each, with just 86 units. Steel form construction, chosen for its higher quality and sound attenuation, can be seen rising from all areas of the site. Situated on 4.7 acres, the development features lush landscaping, resort pool, resident club and demonstration kitchen, fitness studio, gardens, walking path and pet park.

Pricing starts in the mid-700,000’s, with floor plans ranging from 1,500 square feet up to approximately 5,400 square feet for a limited number of penthouse units. Thirty units of the project’s 86 units have been sold, with just two penthouse homes remaining.

Many of the Enclave’s first buyers are Scottsdale and Paradise Valley area residents looking to downsize from larger homes, seeking the convenience and close proximity to area amenities that surround the community.

The Enclave Sales Center is open daily and located at 6176 N. Scottsdale Road, between Blanco and Paul Martin’s American Grill.
