The Goyena Team celebrates 60 years in real estate

The Goyena Team, Joe GO and Carol, announce that the duo is celebrating more than 60 years of combined experience in the real-estate business at MCO Realty.

The Goyena Team’s motto is “We Get Results, Because We Care,” according to a press release. With a combined sixty years of experience in the real-estate business, they handle all types of real estate, from vacant land, to condos, to patio homes, to single family homes and luxury homes.

Both Joe GO and Carol belong to a variety of real-estate associations, according to the release. In addition, Joe, an Army veteran, has a GRI designation and is an associate broker. Carol was involved with the SAAR Leadership Class 7, stated the release.

The Goyena Team, Joe GO and Carol, who have been a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club since 1987, have successfully sold over $377 million year to date in Fountain Hills real estate stated the release.

According to the release, they were named ‘Sales Team of the Year’ for twelve consecutive years.

In addition to serving the area’s real-estate needs, every Easter season for the last thirteen years, The Goyena Team has sponsored the Eggstravaganza at Fountain Hills Golden Eagle Park.

“Fifteen thousand plastic eggs filled with a toy and candy are spread across three baseball fields each year,” Ms. Goyena stated in the release. “It is such a joy to watch the children race to gather as many Easter eggs that their Easter baskets will hold. We are thrilled to be able to give back to the community in this way.”

This husband/wife team has been married for 47 years, and have two children and one grandchild, according to the release.
