Toni Whaley offers Essentrics sessions in Scottsdale

Toni Whaley, an Essentrics certified instructor, is offering an exercise platform that will offer private and semi-private sessions in north Scottsdale.

Essentrics, Aging Backwards is a one-hour, zero-impact exercise platform designed to rebalance the entire body through simultaneously stretching and strengthening all 650 muscles and joints to pre-choreographed music inspired from the 60’s and 70’s, according to a press release.

The exercise relubricates the dried out, stuck together connective tissue without working too hard at it.

Essentrics, Aging Backwards trademark movements achieves this by gently yet purposefully ungluing the oily bath that has hardened in between all the tissue-paper thin fascia layers so they can slip and slide over itself again.

Ms. Whaley will guide participants through accurate movements to each sequence, a release states.

The Essentrics connective tissue workout method is the forefront of the fitness industry. A release claims the exercise will provide results.
