BASIS Scottsdale teacher releases first novel

Travis Lambert, who is currently a Subject Expert teacher at BASIS Scottsdale released his first novel titled “A Window in an Unlikely Place.”

“A Window in an Unlikely Place” tells the story of Ada who is lost in the woods and finds a magic window into another world. Trapped in a dwarf world by a tragic mistake, she must accompany her new friends, a guilty Lithglib and his ridiculous friend Racket, on their quest to fix the Calix before the world is destroyed.

Mr. Lambert is originally from Michigan. He earned three degrees: B.A. English Literature, B.A. Philosophy, and M.A. Medieval Studies, according to a press release.
