Pettinato, Reese make full circle journey at Horseshoe Trails

Aaron Pettinato, interim-principal at Horseshoe Trails Elementary School, and first-year teacher Briana Reese have a history.

Mr. Pettinato started his first teaching job at HTES in 2006. Ms. Reese started Kindergarten at Desert Willow Elementary School, transferred to Horseshoe Trails in fourth grade, attended Sonoran Trails Middle School and graduated from Cactus Shadows in 2014.

During her time A Horseshoe Trails Elementary School, Mr. Pettinato was a first-year teacher when Ms. Reese was in fifth grade.

Fast forward to 2019, Mr. Pettinato was named interim-principal of Horseshoe Trails for the remainder of the 2018-19 school year and principal for the 2019-20 school year.

Ms. Reese is in her first year of teaching at Horseshoe Trails this year.
