Scottsdale Community College’s Center for Native and Urban Wildlife is holding its biannual plant sale 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7 and Thursday, Oct. 8, at the school greenhouse.

The Fall Plant sale will feature cacti, trees, shrubs, groundcovers, vines, house plants and exotic succulents grown in the greenhouse, according to a press release. Custom arrangements, bee poles and wildflower seeds also will be on sale.

The proceeds benefit CNUW, a non-profit started by the Scottsdale Community College Biology Department to serve as a place for students and others to learn, engage and connect to the Sonoran Desert biodiversity through conservation, education and research opportunities.

Plant prices will range in price from $3 to $20. Only cash and checks accepted for payment, the release stated.

Scottsdale Community College is located at 9000 E. Chaparral Road in Scottsdale. The greenhouse is located on the north side of campus. Enter from Entrance 4 and head to Parking Lot I.
