46th Annual Original Taste returns to Scottsdale waterfront

Executive Council 70 and Executive Council Charities present the 46th Annual Original Taste culinary event showcasing local dining, drinking establishments and entertainment.

Noted among premier culinary events in the Valley, the event will be held on Saturday, April 6 at the Scottsdale Waterfront, 7135 E. Camelback Road, according to a press release.

The main event takes place from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.; following the Original Taste, Late Night takes place from 10 p.m. to midnight, featuring live music, DJs spinning tunes and more, the release noted.

The event helps fund critical youth programs for organizations such as Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale, Ryan House, Ronald McDonald House Charities, the release said.

There will be food and beverage tasting, live music and entertainment featured throughout the night, added the release.

“We are thrilled to not only continue to make the Original Taste one of the most popular and well-attended culinary events of the year but also benefit so many well-deserving children in the process,” Brent Mallonee, Original Taste event chair, said in a prepared statement.

“Every year, we focus on making the event better, with more vendors, greater entertainment and more fundraising opportunities to help our community’s youth.”
