A late February grand opening for the first Scottsdale Dog Haus restaurant chain will be topped off with its gourmet hot dogs, sausages, burgers and more.

Located at 15257 N. Scottsdale Road, on the east side of Scottsdale Quarter, the restaurant will be franchisee Mondo Mahmoud’s first location with the “rapidly expanding craft-casual brand,” according to a press release.

“We couldn’t be more excited to introduce our one-of-a-kind Dog Haus creations to everyone in Scottsdale,” Mr. Mahmoud said in a prepared statement.

“I have no doubt that the community is going to love Dog Haus’ proprietary handcrafted hot dogs and sausages made by Würstmacher Adam Gertler, as well as the rest of our uncompromisingly fresh, quality food served in a clean, energetic and fun environment where our guests can enjoy their favorite local craft beers in a relaxed setting.”

The release said the “craft-casual concept” is designed to elevate the hot dog and burger-eating experience while serving meals in what was described as the “contemporary aesthetic of a modern industrial space.”

Diners can sit at a communal table or bench seat at one of the restaurant’s wood and steel tables after ordering at the counter, the release added.
