Broken Hearts Ball to take place in Scottsdale

Mix 96.9 and Livewire announce the second annual Broken Hearts Ball featuring Andy Grammer, Zella Day and Haley Reinheart will take place Monday, Feb. 19.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. This is an 18+ event. Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 25 at Livewireaz.com.

Andy Grammer garnered national attention with the release of his first single, “Keep Your Head Up” in 2011. The song is certified platinum and reached the No. 53 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. His success continued with the release of “Fine By Me,” in 2012. Two years later, he would release his most popular hit to date. “Honey I’m Good,” which broke the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, according to a press release.

Phoenix native, Zella Day, gained popularity after she released an acoustic cover of the White Stripes’ hit “Seven Nation Army.” In 2014, she released her debut single “Sweet Ophelia” and in 2015 she released her first full length album, “Kicker,” which rose to the No. 65 spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

Haley Reinhart got her start as a finalist on American Idol back in 2011. She was signed to Interscope Records and the next year she released her debut album, “Listen Up!”
