Butterfly Wonderland continues special for August yoga class

Yoga in the Rainforest, presented by India Benedetto will be 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Butterfly Wonderland 9500 E. Via de Ventura in Scottsdale.

Yoga in the Rainforest will feature all levels of Vinyasa-based yoga geared towards connection breath with movement.

After taking a few moments to settle in and enjoy the scenery, students will be guided through a series of yoga postures that will build strength and flexibility. Modifications and adjustments will be offered so any level of student will feel supported, according to a press release.


0722Ns Entertainment (Butterfly)Breathing and meditation techniques throughout the class will allow students to find peace and steadiness within their personal practice.  Students will be invited to enjoy the beauty of butterflies while connecting to the beauty within, stated the release.

This class is recommended for ages 18 years and older, stated the release.

India Benedetto is a certified yoga instructor with credentials from Yoga Therapy from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts where she currently assists in the Unity Yoga Teaching Training program, according to the release.  Ms. Benedetto is also a specialized Yoga Nidra Facilitator and certified Life Coach.

In addition, Butterfly Wonderland is offering a special during July and August where guests can register for three Yoga in the Rainforest classes and get one class free.

The cost is $20 per person per class. Pre-registration and payment required.

Proceeds benefit the Butterfly Wonderland Foundation, stated the release.
