Butterfly Wonderland to host self-guided photography session

Guests are invited to Butterfly Wonderland in Scottsdale for a quiet hour photographing the butterflies in the tropical rainforest before opening the doors to the public, on Saturday, Nov. 21.

Attendees will be able to snap photos of awakening butterflies and catch that perfect photo of a new species.

Registration begins at 8:15 a.m., and the session begins at 8:30 a.m. at Butterfly Wonderland, 9500 E. Via de Ventura in Scottsdale.

Tripods are not allowed during this event however, monopods are OK, according to a press release.

Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Program is limited to 20 participants. $10 for members; $30 for non-members (includes admission to Butterfly Wonderland). Proceeds benefit the Butterfly Wonderland Foundation.
