Car show to benefit Foothills Food Bank

On Saturday, Oct. 17, the fifth Tatum Ranch Car Show will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Tatum Ranch Golf Club, located at 29888 N. Tatum Ranch Drive in Cave Creek.

Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations and cash to benefit the Foothills Food Bank and Resource Center.

The show is open to all years, makes and models, according to a press release.

Awards will be presented for the best hot rod, muscle car, exotic, classic, people’s choice and overall best in show, the release stated. Car registrants can sign up at or call the golf club at 480-585-2399.

The Foothills Food Bank and Resource Center provides emergency food, financial assistance and other life necessities and resources to individuals and families in the desert foothills, which encompasses a 180-square mile area that includes Black Canyon City, Cave Creek, Carefree, Anthem, Desert Hills, New River, north Scottsdale and north Phoenix, stated the release.
