Conservancy hosts Family Sonoran Sunday on Sept. 20

Join McDowell Sonoran Conservancy nature guides and city Natural Resources Coordinator Yvonne Massman this Sunday, Sept. 20, for the season kickoff of Family Sonoran Sunday.

Meet at 3 p.m. at the Brown’s Ranch Trailhead, 30301 N. Alma School Parkway.

Participants will learn about the importance of being prepared and items you should bring along when hiking. Admission is free.

There will be a prize drawing at the end of the presentation for those who answer a safety quiz.
