Free Sleepaway Camp Information Night in Scottsdale on April 4

Families interested in learning about the summer sleepaway experience at Friendly Pines Camp in Prescott can attend an informational event.

The free informational session will be held  7 p.m.  on Thursday, April 4 in the Arabian Room at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Resort, 7575 E. Princess Drive, according to a press release.

In addition to refreshments, there will be door prizes and giveaways. Parents and children can attend to have all their questions answered about Friendly Pines Camp, which is celebrating its 79th summer, according to the release.

Located up in the Bradshaw Mountain Range in Prescott, the camp is available for boys and girls, ages 6 through 13. Camp activities will include everything from sports to performing arts, plus horseback riding and waterskiing, the release detailed.

Options of one-week, two-week, four-week, and six-week camp sessions are available. There is also a sibling discount, the release added.
