Grammy-nominated DJ Steve Aoki to return to Scottsdale Nov. 12

Livewire and Live 101.5 FM announce Steve Aoki will perform Thursday, Nov. 12 at Livewire in Scottsdale.

Elector house DJ, Steve Aoki, was Livewire’s first ever sold out show in February 2015, according to a press release.

Mr. Aoki entered the music industry in 1996 with the creation of his now successful record label, Dim Mak. The label introduced top artists such as Bloody Beetroots, MSTRKRFT and Bloc Party.

The DJ began releasing music in 2007 and has sine gone on to become one of dance music’s most recognized artists, the release stated. He has collaborated with artists representing nearly every genre imaginable, including Linkin Park, Machine Gun Kelly and Tiesto. Mr. Aoki has also performed at many of the world’s top music festivals including Tomorrowland, Ulta Music Festival and Electric Daisy Carnival.

He is well-known for his high-energy shows which feature cake throwing, confetti and of course, incredible party music.

Doors open at 9 p.m. This is an 18+ event. Livewire is located 7320 E. Indian Plaza in Scottsdale.

Live 101.5 FM is to be giving away tickets on air, the release stated.
