‘Inherit the Wind’ comes to Scottsdale stage Nov. 16-Dec. 9

“Inherit the Wind” will be performed beginning Friday, Nov. 16, at Theatre Artists Studio, 12406 N. Paradise Village Parkway East, Scottsdale.

The “dynamic new restaging of this timeless, forever relevant, American classic that defines our right to freedom of thought—and a society that values diversity and personal beliefs—even when those beliefs differ from our own” will take place through Sunday, Dec. 9, according to a release.

Performances on Fridays and Saturdays will be 7:30 p.m.; Sundays at 2 p.m.

The Friday, Nov. 23, performance will include sign language interpreters for the hearing impaired. The performance is also open to the general public.

Tickets: $15 students 25 and younger; $20 groups of 10 or more, Seniors 65 and older and members of the military (active or retired); $25 general admission.

Theatre Artists Studio is “a member organization of actors, playwrights, directors, producers and designers, providing a place for theater artists to work at their craft in an atmosphere which fosters mutual growth and collaboration,” the release stated.
