Mixology Monday: Sept. 26 event to feature apéritifs


The weekly interactive drink tasting event, Mixology Monday, at La Bocca North are led by La Bocca and USBG bartender Tony Pharis and cover different topics each week.

On Sept. 26, Mr. Pharis will demonstrate the versatility of apéritifs by crafting three distinct cocktails for guests to sample, while also educating them on the history and evolution of the spirit along the way.

The seminar, which also includes complimentary house made bruschetta to accompany the tastings, costs $15 per person. Seating for each event is limited to ensure an intimate experience and reservations are strongly recommended, according to a press release.

Additionally, La Bocca will offer $2 off any crafted cocktail on the menu from open to close each Monday, and half off select bottles of red and white wines.
