Mustang Library to host October ‘Ask a Lawyer’

The quarterly “Ask a Lawyer” presentation is to be 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Mustang Library.

Learn about the protections given to Arizona’s vulnerable and incapacitated adults under the Arizona Adult Protective Services Act.

Attorney Kent S. Berk will address the act, who is protected and who is subject to this act, in addition to today’s current issues regarding elders in Arizona.

The presentation is open to and will include conversation for professionals, family members caring for vulnerable adults, personal representatives and trustees. All are welcome – to learn about protecting our elders.
