It’s official: Kid Rock Coors Light Birds Nest Show is a sell-out

For the first time in the Birds Nest’s 40-plus year history a show has sold out two months prior to the event as the Friday, Jan. 30 Kid Rock show has officially sold out through Ticketmaster.

Tickets are selling fast for the Wednesday, Jan. 28 Capital Cities show but are still available through Ticketmaster (800-745-3000, www.ticketmaster.com).Birds nest

The acts for Thursday, Jan. 29, and Saturday, Jan. 31, will be announced in the coming weeks.

Capital Cities will kick-off the Coors Light Birds Nest on Wednesday, Jan. 28. The American indie pop duo from Los Angeles is best known for its hit single “Safe and Sound.” The Top-10 single off their 2013 debut release, “In a Tidal Wave of Mystery,” has since been featured in car commercials and an assortment of TV shows.

Kid Rock will be making his first Coors Light Birds Nest appearance on Friday, Jan. 30.  Rock, who began his career blending rap and hard rock, then shifted into country and Southern rock, will bring it all together in front of a sellout crowd. “Rebel Soul” is Kid Rock’s ninth studio album and features hits “Let’s Ride” and “Rebel Soul.”

Coors Light Birds Nest general admission tickets are $35 each for Wednesday evening’s Capital Cities’ performance and $50 each for the Thursday and Saturday performances. VIP tickets are available for $175 each for Wednesday’s performance and $200 each for Thursday and Saturday performances.

VIP tickets provide exclusive access to the Absolute Vodka VIP area where guests are treated to a complimentary catered dinner, complimentary drinks and access to a newly redesigned premium viewing area for the shows.

The Coors Light Birds Nest is located directly across from the main Waste Management Phoenix Open tournament entrance at 82nd Street and Bell Road.  The entertainment venue opens at 3:30 p.m. and closes at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 28 – Saturday, January 31. Headline acts will take the main stage each evening at approximately 8 p.m. The Coors Light Birds Nest is a 21-and-over venue.

The 2015 Waste Management Phoenix Open will be played January 26 – February 1, 2015 at the TPC Scottsdale. The tournament host, The Thunderbirds, have raised more than $93 million for charities, with more than $67 million generated in the last decade.
