Patriotic butterflies, family events at Butterfly Wonderland

Guests are invited to celebrate the nation’s independence during the 4th of July weekend celebration from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Butterfly Wonderland in Scottsdale.

Guests wearing red, white and blue will receive 10 percent off of admission. Visitors will be able to enjoy live music, food trucks, visits from the Blue Morpho lady, face painting, talks from the curators and visits by the new Butterfly Princess, Miss Antoinette. All events have varying times, visit for exact times.

In addition there will be special red, white and blue butterflies in the atrium.

Butterfly Wonderland is America’s largest Butterfly Pavilion that entertains, educates and enchants visitors of all ages on the wonders of one of Mother Nature’s most beloved creatures.  Butterfly Wonderland includes a conservatory, a 3-D theater, Butterfly Emergence Gallery, a Butterfly Treasures gift shop, Rivers of the Amazon, a stingray touch tank and a café.
