Putts for Mutts charity golf tournament looking for participants

The Putts for Mutts golf tournament will be starting at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, May 22.

All proceeds will benefit the Arizona Small Dog Rescue, a nonprofit agency that is dedicated to the care, rehabilitation and adoption of abused, unwanted, homeless, sick or injured dogs and puppies.

The golf tournament will be at Vistal Golf Course, 701 E. Thunderbird trail in Phoenix.

The cost to participate is $85 for an individual or $320 for a group of four. Cost includes player entry, practice balls, mini-continental breakfast, lunch and 18 holes of golf.

Prizes will be awarded to the longest drive, closest to pin and hole in one.

Hole advertisement spots are available for $100 per hole.
