Scottsdale to host annual Cocaine Anonymous Area Convention

The 29th Annual Cocaine Anonymous Area Convention kicks off Friday, July 31, through Sunday, Aug. 2, at the Double Tree Resort Hotel in Scottsdale.

The public is invited to a panel discussion among thriving community members who have recovered from their addiction to cocaine, as they discuss the formula for their success.

The panel will be 1-2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 1, in the Double Tree Hotel Executive Boardroom, 5401 N. Scottsdale Road.

More than 1,500 people will be in attendance – many of whom are recovering addicts seeking to continue their journey toward a better way of life, stated a press release.

The Arizona Area Cocaine Anonymous Fellowship is hosting the convention, stated the release. They believe many people outside of Cocaine Anonymous have been personally touched by a family member or loved one who is suffering with addiction, according to the release.
